The AH3 series are part of the CDVI range of architectural housings for 300kg electromagnetic locks (V3E35R). The housings are available for single or double doors and are installed either vertically or horizontally. Transom housings provide a smarter finish to the installation of maglocks, and form part of the door frame. Transoms provide a secure fixing for magnets, which is ideal for use in public buildings where safety is important. For use on inward opening doors, the transom housing fixes to the header above the door, and Z brackets are required to install the armature on the door leaf. 500kg transoms are also available (AH5).
